today was the most siong(tough) day! the most memorable one was the mass PE.
we did a run of 1.7km, 100 push-ups, at least 40 situps+crunches, and ran up and down the grandstand 8 times. how nice=). and when i was doing push-ups, it was like raining when i look down. loads of sweat dripping down onto the floor. well, anyone keen on trying out?
